This extreme diurnal temperature variation slows down leaf growth, trapping rare aromatic polyphenols and natural sweetness deep inside the leaf veins. When crushed into granular CTC powder, this concentration yields our signature rich malty body without the harsh bitterness of lowland industrial tea.
